MII’s data recognition and cleansing processes support the integration of HCOS and IMS transactional assets (DDD and Xponent) with the client’s internal customer master. Incorporating both IMS and client-specific information from varied data sources, MII makes it possible for clients to create and maintain an effective central customer repository.
Based on each client's unique requirements, specific HCOS facilities and/or organization profile elements can be added to IMS transactional data to produce a fully operational client and brand team reference database designed to meet unique business requirements.
Following completion of all HCOS projects, MII can implement for each client a well-designed, automated maintenance program. The maintenance program incorporates HCOS data-cleansing techniques with client-specific business and matching rules, a critical component to achieve maximum return on investment. Maintaining the currency of the cross-reference on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis insures ready availability of a clean, up-to-date customer master file.
